DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES
Our classes offer variety within each session. We will teach you boxing skills and technique, increase your stamina and cardio endurance, develop your abdominal muscles, and burn off more than just calories. Heavy bags, skipping ropes and focus mitts are integral parts of the hour sessions. Hand wraps are strongly recommended for the bag work portion of class.
Equipment is sold or can be hired from Strongarm Boxing & Fitness
Class Format: Co-Ed class with qualified boxing instructor.
Class Duration: 60 minutes
Equipment Needed: Hand wraps, Boxing Gloves, Workout attire, towel and drink bottle.
